We helped the German Red Cross develop a strategy for supporter recruitment


Dr. Thomas Wind has been working with the Red Cross to:

- Research regarding the brand development and supporter recruitment
- Exploring self-perception and third party perceptions of the Red Cross
- Representative status- and potentials analysis (n= 2000; incl. focus groups, telephone interviews)
- Cluster analysis und target group segmentation
- Development of a communications evaluation toolbox
- Strategy for supporter recruitment and fundraising
